Our Expertise
ICT Partners has several trading desks globally, US, UK & Africa, with its Pan-African desk being based out of Abijan in Côté D'Ivoire, which covers all their physical commodities trading in the local markets for international exporting. The combined expertise is over 30 years of knowledge and successful active participation in trading Coffee, Cacao, Palm Oil and Cashew nuts, amongst others.

Dieter Von Schneider
CEO & Co-Founder
Dieter graduated from Bristol University and went on to work in the financial markets for nearly 20 years, where he started in emerging markets option derivatives, followed by investment banking.

He founded DVON GROUP of companies in 2013, with interests in technology, green tech, construction and commodities (physical).
​
He is a serial entrepreneur who has co-founded and worked with many established companies, as well as on several start-ups from conception, to delivery to market, raising capital finance, successful business development and maturity, to eventual exit on several projects, and on others he still remains a considerable equity holder.
​
Exuding a dynamic, effective, and influential leadership style that motivates, Dieter has successfully managed & created many large teams over his commercial career. He has been working on operations in PanAfrican Nations for the last decade, where he brings with him an excellent network of economic & political relationships.

Dieter is also an advocate for the environment & sustainability.


Richard Kouadio
COO & Co-Founder
Born and raised into a renowned farming family in the Ivory Coast, Richard Kouadio very early on was actively trading physical agricultural commodities, both domestically and to international buyers. He, therefore, has invaluable, first hand, expertise of the entire operation and processes. Moreover, through this dynamic positioning, he has cultivated an exhaustive network of contacts and relationships that ensure ICT Partners can facilitate the acquisition and sales of a myriad of commodities. Richard heads up our Abidjan trading desk in Côté D’Ivoire.

He graduated with an MBA from The University of Toronto to further develop on his commercial standing and join a global network of industry leaders.

He is particularly adept in strategic planning & commodities business development, in complex OEM sales while developing new monetisation models and business performance.
Having successfully worked for 17 years in the top sale teams of the major companies in Africa (www.mtn.com ) and North America (https://www.alliancedata.com/), he garnered tremendous experience in corporate sales, strategic prospecting, relationship building, effective communication and negotiating skills. All the time, still maintaining an active role in the family commodities business.

Richards path, over last two decades, enabled him to have a unique dual understanding and perspective of ‘Emerging vs Developed’ countries, which confers to him priceless knowledge of different cultures and a high capacity of adaptation in both worlds.
